FAQ #1: Do you allow Pets?
Yes, we love pets and welcome well-behaved cats, dogs and birds.
FAQ#2: I see that you are an Independent Living Community. What if I need assistance with medications or bathing or other scheduled care needs - ADL's?
We work with several Home Care Agencies and Independent Care Providers and can give you the contact information of those that can best suit your needs.
FAQ#3: What if I have an emergency in the middle of the night? Is there a staff member on call?
If there is a medical or other life-threatening emergency any time of the day or night, we ask residents to call 911 immediately. For non-medical emergencies, residents and their families can call our main phone number anytime day or night. During office hours (9am - 5pm daily) this phone number is answered by our Front Desk Concierge and the call will be directed accordingly. After hours, the call is answered by a live answering service and is directed to the appropriate staff or 911 for a response.
FAQ#4: How many apartments do you have? Do all of the apartments have the same floor plan?
Each type of apartment has the same floor plan, so a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor A side has the same floor plan as a one-bedroom apartment on the third floor - B side.
We have a total of 120 apartments here at Creekside Village. Those include 90 one-bedroom, one bath apartments, 15 two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments, and 15 two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments. All of our apartments have access to the outside: first floor apartments have patios and those on the second and third floors have balconies.
FAQ#5: I see that my rent includes two meals per day. Can I eat all of my meals in the dining room?
Residents are welcome to visit our light filled dining room for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and we offer open seating. Residents can look forward to our amazing menu choices as the upcoming weekly Dinner menus are provided to residents on Saturdays. Look for a sample menu under the Amenities page.
Our meals are served restaurant style, with friendly servers offering each resident and guest the daily meal choices along with several featured sides, including various soups, salads, and fruits Our kitchen staff is happy to make various sandwiches and salads on request. Just give them a call.
